Gretchen Wilson, Larry The Cable Guy To Appear On 'Nashville Star'

Gretchen Wilson and comedian Larry The Cable Guy will make special appearances on the upcoming season of Nashville Star. The two will be part of what has been deemed "Redneck Revolution" week in honor of Wilson's tour of the same name. The contestants will perform various songs with similar redneck themes, while Larry the Cable Guy will contribute some "Blue Collar Comedy" from the judges table alongside show veterans Anastasia Brown and Phil Vassar.

Nashville Star will be co-hosted by Wynonna and Cowboy Troy. Big & Rich will perform and judge the premiere episode.

The 2006 season of Nashville Star debuts on March 14th at 10 p.m. ET.
